Triangle Cognitive Therapy is here for when you need more than a photo to tell your story.  A triangle illustrates three tasks that we have to manage every day, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Our therapists will guide you to develop an awareness of what's in your triangle so that you can make your story the one you would want captured in a photograph.

how we can help

At Triangle Cognitive Therapy, we work with you to develop a plan for both your emotional and physical needs that will get you back to where you want to be. We offer therapy and counselling for teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families. We also offer group therapy programs.

At Triangle Cognitive Therapy we use the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach. You can find out more information about what CBT is here.

Currently, Triangle Cognitive Therapy is in-network with Aetna, United Healthcare/UHC Oxford/Oscar/UMR (except for Community Plans), Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthplus, and Cigna.
